Deliveries within UK:

STANDARD SHIPPING £3.99 - We aim to deliver within 3 working days with Royal Mail 1st Class.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING OVER £75

EXPRESS SHIPPING £5.99 – orders placed Monday – Thursday before 11.30am will be delivered to you the next working day by Royal Mail.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY - We aim to deliver within 3 working days. USE CODE 'FREESHIPPING' ONLY VALID FOR DELIVERIES IN THE SOUTHEND AREA POSTCODES SS0-SS9. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING £11.99 - We ship to all destinations in Europe. We aim to deliver within 4-5 working days with a tracked and signed service. 

PRE ORDERS - Please note we give an estimated shipping date for when the item will be shipped by us. If you have placed an order with multiple items with one or more items being on Pre-Order, the whole order will be shipped together when all items are ready. If you do require an item sooner please get in touch by email. 

RETURN POLICY

**CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY**
Any unwanted Christmas presents brought from as early as 15th November can be returned for a full refund or exchange until 8th January 2020. Any item returned to us after this date will be unrefundable and a credit note will be issued for the value of the item.

We promise to refund any item you are not happy with providing you return the item to us in its original condition within 10 working days of receiving your order. Please note returns postage is not covered by us. 

Returns Instructions

1. Please package up the unwanted item(s) in the original condition with labels still attached.

2. Fill out the returns note that would of been included within the parcel we sent out to you and pop it into the parcel your returning back to us. Please make sure all sections have been filled out as without these details we may not be able to process your refund. You will have the option to choose if you require a refund or exchange. Exchanges cannot be guaranteed and will be dependent on the availability of stock, where possible an exchange will be provided, alternatively we will refund you for the returned items as per our standard policy.

3. Please label your parcel with the address that you can find on the delivery note and post back to us using your local Post Office. Request that the clerk provides you with a proof of posting. Retain the proof of posting until you receive a refund.

4.You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.

We will consider the overall condition of the product returned prior to making a refund and any relevant product packaging should be present as well as the item being in a re-saleable condition. We regret that we are unable to accept returns of jewellery for piercings or briefs for hygiene reasons unless defective in quality, description or performance.

Please be advised all refunds can take up to 2 – 3 weeks to process.

If you believe you have a faulty item please get intouch at info@kisskiss-boutique.co.uk and we can arrange a pre-paid postage label for you to use to send the item back for an exchange or refund.
