Delivery & Returns Policy
STANDARD SHIPPING £3.99 or FREE with orders over £75 - We aim to deliver within 3 working days with Royal Mail 1st Class. Over Black Friday Weekend please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive.
EXPRESS SHIPPING £5.99 orders placed Monday – Friday before 11.30am will be delivered to you the next working day by Royal Mail (weekends & bank holidays are not included)
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY within a 5 mile radius to us in Shoebury, Essex - We aim to deliver within 3 working days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING £11.99 (currently unavailable)- We ship to all destinations in Europe. We aim to deliver within 4-5 working days with a tracked and signed service.
PRE ORDERS - Please note we give an estimated shipping date for when the item will be shipped by us. If you have placed an order with multiple items with one or more items being on Pre-Order, the whole order will be shipped together when all items are ready. If you do require an item sooner please get in touch by email.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY - Orders placed on or after November 20th 2020 will be entitled to either a refund or exchange up until 7th January 2021. We must receive the return parcel by this deadline, Returns after 7th January will not be valid for either a refund or exchange.

We will refund any item you are not happy with providing you return the item to us in its original condition within 10 working days of receiving your order. Please note returns postage is not covered by us. If an item is returned to us that has clear signs of wear, including the garment label being removed, makeup/fake tan marks and strong odours or perfume on the garment a refund will be refused.
1. Please package up the unwanted item(s) in the original condition with labels still attached.
2. Fill out the returns form and send the item(s) and form back to us. Please make sure all sections have been filled out on the form as without these details we may not be able to process your refund. You have the option to opt for a refund or exchange for a different size/colour. Exchanges cannot be guaranteed and are dependent on the availability of stock, where possible an exchange will be provided, alternatively we will refund you for the returned items as per our standard policy. If you believe you have a faulty item please get intouch first at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you.
3. Please label your parcel with the address noted on the returns form and post back to us. We recommend using a signed for service but this is optional and keep the proof of posting until you receive your refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and the original postage cost will not be refunded.
4.You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
We will consider the overall condition of the product returned prior to making a refund and any relevant product packaging should be present as well as the item being in a re-saleable condition. We regret that we are unable to accept returns of jewellery for piercings or briefs for hygiene reasons unless defective in quality, description or performance.
Please be advised all refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process from the date we receive the return back to us. You will be noticed by email when your return has been processed and a refund has been issued.
